Agreement
These terms govern your use of movipods.com and the pages, forms, and booking tools we operate on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Paid production or content work is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between you and MOVIPODS; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the engagement.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to access systems or data you aren't authorized to access, no interfering with the site's operation, no scraping or automated collection without our written permission, and no uploading anything unlawful or harmful.
Bookings and consultations
Strategy sessions and discovery calls are offered free of charge and are informational. Nothing said on a call creates a binding commitment to deliver services, and any examples, timelines, or figures discussed are illustrative rather than guaranteed results. We may reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion.
Information you submit
When you submit a form you confirm the details are accurate and that you're authorized to share them, including on behalf of the business you name. We handle what you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content and marks
The site's text, design, video, imagery, code, and the MOVIPODS and CineEssential names and logos are owned by MOVIPODS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the site for your own non-commercial use. Anything else — copying, reproducing, or building derivative works — requires our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify past work and relationships.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including scheduling, video hosting, and analytics providers. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOVIPODS and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
